More about God-O-Sea
God-O-Sea is our Sunday morning children’s ministry program that serves children 6 weeks through the 5th grade. We are excited to introduce our NEW Sunday Programming curriculum for 2012 and 2013 for our children birth through 5th grade called, "Grow, Proclaim, Serve! Grow Your Faith by Leaps and Bounds."
Our new curriculum incorporates Bible stories, activities, creative expression, media, and games into a full faith experience for children. With "Grow, Proclaim, Serve!" our children will develop the skills to unlock the Bible message and grow their faith by leaps and bounds.
With "Grow, Proclaim, Serve!" Our children will grow in mind and body, and also grow in heart and soul. "Grow, Proclaim, Serve!" will nourish and enrich children, from birth through preteens, in faith so they can proclaim the good news of God’s love and serve God and neighbor. Children will realize their faith goes with them as they grow.
We have the following programs available for children on Sunday morning:
8:00 a.m. – One room nursery childcare and faith formation for children infants (at least 6 weeks) through pre-K.
9:30 a.m. – Age and grade specific classes and small groups for children 6 weeks through 5th grade. This is our main God-O-Sea hour.
11:00 a.m. – Nursery care faith formation for infants/crawlers and childcare faith formation for toddlers/pre-school/pre-K in two separate rooms. We also provide one room God-O-Sea programming for elementary-aged children.
