St. Luke’s believes in being a vital part of the community by making a difference on behalf of all residents. In keeping with our Methodist heritage, St. Luke’s continually looks for ways to engage with and assist our local community. We believe that many people wish to see improvement in economic issues such as homelessness, hunger, and lack of affordable health care, but they may not know how to frame the discussion with our local candidates or what steps they can take as individuals to be part of the solution. By watching these videos segments, we hope you have a chance to not only become informed about some of the issues facing our community, the questions to ask the candidates as we go into the polls and as new elected officials take office, but hopefully you have also gained a sense of who we are as a church.
