Military Service Support Ministry

The Military Service Support Ministry provides the following:

• Emotional and spiritual support for those form our congregation or their family members who choose to serve in the United States military
• Offers prayers, emails and notes of encouragement, and comfort packages to those stationed throughout the world.

The Military Service Support Ministry will be sending Holiday Care Packages this Fall. Help support these packages by purchasing one or more of the following items. Please bring these to the church by Sunday, October 5th.

Food
Powdered individual drink mix (Crystal Lite, Wylers, etc.)
Individual packages of snacks
Individual packages of candy (no chocolate candy)
Hot beverages in individual packs
Please buy these suggestions in BULK

Personal Items
Socks: low athletic style OR high wool
Shampoo & Conditioner (travel size)
Individual packaged hand wipes
Chapstick
Toothbrush & small paste
Razor with extra blades
Towels: small size in dark colors
AT&T Phone Cards
Place items in Zip Lock Bags

Leisure Time Ideas
Reading Material (small size)
AA, AAA Batteries
DVD Movies
Puzzles: crossword, Sudoku, etc.
Greeting cards to send home
Deck of cards
Some items may be slightly used
