'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you?'

And the King will say to them in reply, 'Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.'

Matthew 25: 37-40

If you are blessed with the opportunity to feed, quench thirst and clothe…

Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida helps homeless and struggling men, women and children and their families. It offers immediate assistance along with programs designed to help people return to self-sufficiency.

St. Luke’s Involvement
On the third Saturday of every month, St. Luke’s community volunteers, led by Beth Ely (who has been the lay ministry leader for over 10 years) cooks a wonderful meal for the families who are staying at the shelter in downtown Orlando. This meal consists of home made food from family recipes that Beth’s family has passed down to her from generation. Food is also made for the men’s shelter.
