| NO WORK This Saturday, November 15 | Thanks again to all of you who came out Saturday to make it such a successful work day. On top of the house an able crew installed the felt, the drip edge, and the finish fascia. Meanwhile, another crew finished installing the exterior doors and windows and installed the blocks for the cabinets in the kitchen.
There will be no work this Saturday because of the threat of nasty weather and the fact that our siding installers will not be available to show us how it's done.
They (the siding crew) will be there Monday, so I would encourage anyone who is interested to come out Monday morning to help and learn.
The next work day will be the Saturday after Thanksgiving since neither Tom nor Rich will be available next Saturday.
For planning purposes, here is the schedule for the next several weeks:
- 11/15: NO WORK!
- 11/22: NO WORK!
- 11/29: Siding and caulking; Framing inspection punch-out
- 12/06: Install insulation; Finish siding and caulking as necessary; Trim carport and posts
As always, we need you to let us know you will be working each Saturday by sending an e-mail to Renee Wolfe at reneeh4hvols@worldnett.att.net. We need to know whether or not you will be there so we can plan for lunches -- we certainly don't want you to go hungry! Stay tuned for weekly updates and your prayers are welcomed and encouraged. |
