Kelly Smith joined the staff in July, 1993. She was hired as the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor and is now the Executive Director of Support Ministries. Kelly is known around St. Luke’s as “the go to person” for just about anything you desire. If she does not know the answer she knows who does. In her current position she oversees the Support Team which consists of the following ministries: Membership, Finance, Events and Office Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Technical Services, Communications and Facilities. She is the staff liaison for the Board of Trustees, the Committee on Finance, Staff Parish and Church Council.

Kelly has been married to her husband Dave since 1981 and they have four children. They are almost empty nesters and enjoying this new phase in their life together. She enjoys many outdoor activities, time working out with her husband and travel. One of the most outrageous things she has done is a tandem parachute jump out of an airplane. This was a birthday gift from her covenant group made up of St. Luke’s members. They have been meeting for over 10 years. This group has become an extension of her family.
