Administrator for Grow Team

The Grow Team, comprised of all the age level ministries and recreation and sports, is looking for outstanding candidates to become their administrator. The Administrator for Grow Ministries is the glue that holds the team together. This person must have:

  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Sequential organizational skills
  • A basic understanding of marketing best practices
  • A willingness and aptitude to learn and operate a complex data base including some web site content management
  • A willingness to measure outcomes and encourage strategies to insure the team becomes more effective
  • An understanding of budgets and willingness to learn financial procedures
  • First-hand knowledge of several social media platforms and best practices

In addition, this person may serve as an administrator for LEAD if there is a willingness and aptitude for the following:

  • Research and identification of possible funders
  • Manage the calendar and logistics for LEAD training, coaching, classes, and events.
  • Building relationships with LEAD partners and facilitating creative outcomes
  • Recruit and schedule volunteer staff
