St. Luke’s Community Partner Job Openings
Opening: Math Bee Coordinator (part-time)The main responsibilities of the “Go Full Steam” Math Bee Coordinator are to interface with schools, teachers, and volunteer leaders to ensure the required planning, scheduling and resources are in place to hold the Go Full Steam Math Bee. Strong organizational and communications skills are required. Prior experience working with schools and students in a non-profit setting is preferred. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and using web based applications is also needed.Specific duties will include:1) Work with math bee director and OCPS to plan math bee calendar2) Create math bee budget based on prior year data and updates3) Work with volunteer coordinator for GFS and school coordinators to schedule volunteers and math bees4) Contract for website development for math bee signup and volunteers5) Report monthly status to GFS board6) Help develop online math bee program (use Zoom for math bees)7) Work with math bee finance admin to make sure expenses are paidInterested candidate should submit a resume and cover letter via email to John Pedicone, Go Full Steam President.
