Deploy Ministries
Do justice: love kidness: walk humbly with God. Micah 6:8
St. Luke's success in Kingdom Building will be measured by the extent to which gifted, committed, and enthusiastic disciples of Jesus Christ are deployed as servant ministers in faithful obedience to God's will, while witnessing to God's mercy, justice and love.

Partners in God's Mission

"God's light shines in every corner of the earth, and God's mission extends to all creation. There are no places in the world where God is not present, only places where God in Christ is not known, acknowledged, served or heeded.

Partnership is God's mission means being in mission as God is in mission. It is global in focus and local in expression. In the United Methodist tradition it is also connectional in representation.

Mission programs and ministries are not an option in the church. Nor are they simply our efforts to help God. They are the foundation for spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. The basis of our theology of mission is that we are all partners in God's mission and are called to participate."

St. Luke's Mission Partners

Many of the global mission ministries of St. Luke's United Methodist Church have been in relationship for over ten years, with significant signs of self sufficiency and growth; we continue to be in ministry and mutual relationship to answer the call of being in service and to grow more spiritually and closer in our walk with God.

For more information or questions about any of our six mission partners, please contact Lynette Fields at (407) 876-4991 ext. *230 or lfields@st.lukes.org.
