Violetta Talandis

Lithuania

Violetta Talandis serves as a missionary in Lithuania, where she is assigned by the General Board of Global Ministries.

The United Methodist Church in Lithuania has been working to re-establish congregations after decades under communist rule. St. Luke’s has supported missionaries in Lithuania since 1997. Revs. David and Kristin Markay served through the General Board of Global Ministries from 1997 to 2002. Now we are supporting a native Lithuanian Violetta Talandis in her work in community outreach.
