St. Luke’s will help bridge the OCPS food chain supply gap by providing fresh produce and shelf stable products to our partner schools, Maxey Elementary School and Mollie Ray Elementary School.

Food Distribution Prep
Depending upon monthly need, our youth volunteers help pack the produce and other shelf stable items during the Youth programming, preparing the food to be distributed. On the day of distribution the food is loaded onto a truck at St. Luke’s UMC. Food Distribution takes place in a location adjacent to Maxey Elementary School.
