Why do I need a Realm account?
Signing up gives you access to your profile in the church’s database. You can check and change your contact information without having to ask church staff, search and sign up for serving opportunities and classes, and view your giving statement and pledge information at any time.
Who should have a Realm account?
All adults can benefit from connecting with Realm. As a matter of fact, over 500 St. Lukers are already using it.
Do I need an app to use Realm?
Yes — it is called Realm Connect, and it is free. On an iPhone, open the App Store, search for “Realm Connect”, look for the teal icon with a yellow star, and tap Get. On an Android phone, open the Google Play Store, search for “Realm Connect”, and press Install.
I did not receive a Realm invite. How can I get one?
Email realm at st dot lukes dot org to request one.
How can I change my privacy settings?
Realm allows custom privacy settings. Select your profile — your initials or photo at the top left — and you can take each piece of your information in turn, your address, your phone number and so on, and decide who may see it.
I signed up, but some of my information is incorrect. What should I do?
Log in to Realm and select More at the bottom right, then your initials or photo at the top left to reach your profile. Make your changes there and save them.
How can my group or class use Realm?
Group leaders can take attendance. Group members can chat with one another on Realm Connect. Teachers can attach course materials and files to the group.
