What an incredible week we had at VBS 2026: All In, Every Play Counts!
I am still on a high from watching our kids this week. There is nothing quite like seeing a room full of littles light up as they learn what it means to play with purpose and live with faith. Every choice, every act of kindness, and every step of faith matters in God’s game plan, and our kids got to experience that firsthand.
Here are the big ideas they learned along the way:
FOLLOW – We can follow God’s game plan.
LISTEN – Hear others with respect.
PEACE – We can be peacemakers.
FORGIVENESS – We can forgive and start fresh.
KINDNESS + BELONG – Everyone has a place on God’s team.
Our theme verse for the week was Colossians 3:23, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” I love that this is what our kids are carrying home with them, not just for VBS, but for life.
To every volunteer who showed up, every parent who trusted us with your kiddos, and every child who gave it their all this week, THANK U. U made this week one for the books.

People often say, “It’s about the journey, not the destination,” when their travel plans don’t work out how they expected. This phrase couldn’t have been more true for Job, who went through a shocking journey. In this 4-week series, kids will hear from Job’s story as he learned to navigate loss and trust God’s itinerary every step of the way.
Through the story of Job’s perseverance and faithfulness, kids will learn that God is with them no matter what they go through, they can show God’s love in small ways, God is bigger than they could ever understand, and they can trust God will make everything right.
Our Playgroup is continuing this summer! Babies, toddlers, and their caregivers are invited to enjoy age-appropriate toys, activities, and opportunities to build friendships. Join us each Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. for a fun and relaxed time of play, connection, and community!
