Insurance

There are many different ways to pay for counseling services: self-pay or using your insurance. While there are some differences depending on your employer, in general we are able to accept Aetna, Cigna, Florida Blue (BCBS), United Health Group. If we are not in network with your insurance, it may be possible for you to see us as an out-of-network provider and be reimbursed by submitting what is called a "superbill" to your insurance company.

Self-Pay

In addition, many of our clients choose a self-pay option, which means they pay out-of-pocket after each session. The standard self-pay rate for individual counseling is $130.

Sliding Scale

The Community Counseling Center is committed to ensuring counseling services are accessible to as many as possible. If your insurance does not cover counseling and you cannot afford the self-pay rate, please contact our office to inquire about sliding scale rates based on your household income.
