Join St. Luke’s Missions on Wednesday, September 16 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in Founder’s Hall for a free screening and panel discussion of “Jesus Was a Migrant.” This powerful short film will be followed by a panel discussion regarding “What does our faith require?”
Jesus Was a Migrant is a new documentary — executive produced by New York Times bestselling author and historian Dr. Jemar Tisby and co-executive produced and directed by Lauren Vernea — that follows Tisby to the U.S.-Mexico border to examine what American Christianity has done with the migrant.
