Bootcamp meets on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. in the Gym located in Building C. Classes are organized with 6-8 stations of various exercise options and participants will rotate between these stations with intervals of rest. Participants can modify the intensity of each exercise to their level. A minimum of 4 people is needed for the class to take place. Please call ahead to notify facilitator that you will be attending by 3:00pm on the day of class. Class will be confirmed each time based on number of participants available.
