At St. Luke’s, we believe that God gives every person gifts and talents as part of God’s image within each of us so that, as we say in our mission statement, we can awaken disciples to reveal the kingdom, and reveal the kingdom to awaken disciples.
We also don’t want you to volunteer out of obligation or guilt, but as an outpouring of your faith and in service to others. So before you explore the volunteer opportunities at St. Luke’s, you’re invited to take the Lead Your Life Inventory, which will help you learn more about your own gifts, style and skills, and identify where you, uniquely, are being called to serve at St. Luke’s or beyond.
You can take the inventory below.
Once you take the inventory, you’ll get an email with your results, as well as a link to see a customized list of serving opportunities at St. Luke’s that are aligned with your particular gifts, style and skills.
You are, of course, welcome to volunteer anywhere at St. Luke’s, but this customized list is a great way to start your search through the vast array of serving opportunities available.
If you’d like a companion on the journey to discern where your fit might be, feel free to reach out to Pastor Melissa (mcooper@st.lukes.org).
