How to Be a Good Neighbor: Lunch and Learn with Rev. Mary Downey

Oct 26 @ 11:00am - Oct 26 @ 1:00pm
Location: Youth Center

Join us for a Lunch and Learn on Sunday, October 26 with Rev. Mary Downey, Osceola County’s 2025 Person of the Year, 2019’s Central Floridian of the Year, and Hope Partnership CEO, as she guides us through Dignity First—a powerful approach born out of her work with our neighbors experiencing homelessness and poverty.

During this 90-minute session, Rev. Downey will teach us how to move beyond charity to what it actually means to “love our neighbors as ourselves” in a practical, tangible way. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and be inspired to see justice through a new lens.
