Join us for a special milestone for RISING 6th graders!
Preteens are invited to experience a time of fun, connection, and worship with Children’s and Youth Ministry as they take steps towards RISING UP in their faith and identity as God’s beloved.
The Rise Up sessions were designed as an intentional time for 5th graders to explore their faith and identity as children of God as they prepare for the milestone of entering middle school. Our sessions so far have explored our identity in Christ and the voices that we allow to influence and speak into our lives. During our weekend retreat, we’ll dive deeper into community and how we can rely and depend on one another while looking at the part we play in that community.
The hope is that this experience will be a memorable anchor for them as they develop stronger friendships with one another through team-building activities, games, food, purposeful lessons and FUN!
