The “ber” months are upon us and we have a lot going on at St. Luke’s! We hope you’ll take part in some, or all, of the events going on this fall!

Life transitions can bring excitement, uncertainty, and sometimes a little bit of both. How do we stay grounded and take care of ourselves when life shifts beneath our feet?
Dr. Josh Stanley, Director of St. Luke’s Community Counseling Center and a licensed mental health counselor, will present an engaging and interactive conversation about navigating major life changes—from career transitions and retirement to downsizing, unexpected loss, or changes in health.
Together, we’ll explore practical ways to manage stress, build emotional resilience, and find new meaning as we move through life’s transitions.
Come as you are for an open, supportive conversation and a chance to focus on your emotional well-being in this season of life.
Join us on September 22 at 1:30 p.m. in the Youth Center. Click here to register in advance.
