Brandon Sangster serves as the Director of Youth Ministries here at St. Luke’s. A 2013 graduate of the Youth Ministry Institute (now the Ministry Leadership Center), Brandon brings over a decade of experience leading youth in both small and large church settings.

At the heart of Brandon’s ministry is a deep desire to create spaces where students feel seen, safe, and celebrated. He is passionate about helping young people grow in their faith, discover their identity in Christ, and step into lives of purpose, leadership, and love. Whether it’s through weekly gatherings, retreats, mission trips, or everyday conversations over coffee, Brandon works to cultivate a culture of belonging and spiritual growth.

Brandon also partners with families and adult leaders to equip this generation with the tools they need to follow Jesus and make a difference in the world. His approach is grounded and shaped by a commitment to radical hospitality, justice, and peace.

Outside of ministry, Brandon is a devoted husband to his wife Gianna and a proud father to their teenage son, Tyson. His love for community, storytelling, and mentoring shines through in every part of his work, and he believes wholeheartedly that young people aren’t just the future of the church; they’re the church right now.

We'd love to say hi 👋
