Our summer camp leaders must be highly relational, compassionate and caring, patient and fun. They must be able to create curriculum for the week and come prepared to lead discussions, group activities, crafts and help guide children through the rotations. They should also be able to graciously manage behavioral dynamics and navigate some difficult issues in the life of a child. Can be adult or older youth.
