Thinking about joining the choir?
The Sanctuary Choir leads worship with powerfully moving music in our traditional services and is open to any adult interested in singing choral music. There is no audition required to join—everyone is welcome! A background in singing or choral music is helpful, but not necessary.
You also don’t need to know how to read music to be part of the choir. Our choir director teaches and provides resources for all skill levels—whether you read music or simply have a great ear.
We rehearse every Wednesday evening from 7:00–9:00 p.m. in the Choir Room upstairs in Building B, across from the Sanctuary. Use the single door with the sign on it, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor, and head to the end of the hall.
If you’re new to choir and would like a brief vocal assessment, or if you have questions, you can contact Bradley Roberts, Senior Director of Traditional Worship. Or, you’re welcome to simply show up any Wednesday night before rehearsal at 7:00 p.m. and we’ll get you set up with music and a friendly face to help you get started.
The choir season runs from mid-August through late June, and we would love to welcome you!
