The St. Luke’s Care Visitation Team (CVT) is comprised of trained lay members who in partnership with our Parish Nurse and St. Luke’s pastors, make visits to those that can’t come to church during times of illness, hospitalization, rehabilitation, or long term care. Our team provides companionship, encouragement, and support for all our church families while also building meaningful relationships. They serve as an extension of St. Luke’s and have the honor and priviledge of bringing ‘church’ to others. They can even bring communion to those they visit.
