FITNESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU
We want to emphasize the importance of taking care of our physical bodies as well as our mind and spirit. Regular exercise and physical activity promote strong muscles and bone as well as improve overall health including our respiratory and cardiovascular health. Additional benefits can be improved self-esteem, sleep quality, mood and energy. We have several fitness classes that we are proud to offer on campus to help you achieve your health goals.
