Volunteer with the Guest Experience Team!

Posted on May 22, 2025 at 12:27 pm in .

We are currently looking for more volunteers at our Welcome Booths, as well as on the Coffee & Donuts Team. See below for more details about these opportunities, and contact Sara Becker for more information and to get involved!

Welcome Booth Volunteers

  • Time Commitment: 15 minutes before, 10 minutes into worship, and 10–15 minutes after worship.

  • Responsibilities: Greet guests, answer questions, hand out gifts to first-time visitors, and help connect guests with the right next step (Kids Check-In, Worship Host, etc.).

  • Why It’s Great: Welcome Booth volunteers get to be the friendly face that helps guests feel at ease the moment they walk onto our campus. It’s a great role for people who enjoy conversation, building connections, and creating a warm, helpful environment. Many team members say it’s a simple but meaningful way to make an impact—whether it’s someone’s first Sunday or their first step toward getting involved.

Coffee & Donuts Team

  • Time Commitment: These are typically one-hour shifts: 8:00 a.m. setup, 9:00 a.m. serving, 10:00 a.m. tear-down for Contemporary worship; 11:00 a.m. tear-down for Traditional worship.

  • Roles Available: Volunteers can serve up front by handing out donuts and greeting guests, or behind the scenes by brewing coffee, restocking supplies, and cleaning up.

  • Why It’s Great: This team is all about creating a welcoming, joy-filled atmosphere—because sometimes a donut and a hot cup of coffee are exactly what someone needs to feel at home. It’s a low-pressure way to serve that still has a big impact. Whether you love engaging with guests or prefer to help quietly behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, we have a spot for you. Volunteers love the camaraderie, the shared laughter, and the chance to connect with others while making church a little sweeter—literally!
